Notice of AGM

The 64th Annual General Meeting of the Gloucestershire Centre of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held on Saturday 3rd October 2026 at 2.00 pm at Taynton & Tibberton Village Hall.

As required by RULE 6 (c) GOVERNING CENTRES, nominations for Executive Office and Committee, signed by the nominee, must be received by the Centre Secretary not later than 14 days prior to the meeting.

Formal Notices of Motion for inclusion in the Agenda of the meeting, proposed and seconded, must be received by the Centre Secretary not later than 35 days before the meeting.

Members, including their respective Joint and Family Members, who have not at least 35 days prior to the meeting submitted the form referred to in RULE 3 (a) as "The Centre Registration Form" shall not be entitled to receive notice of, or to speak at the meeting, although the Club Constitution does not forbid the admission of Member's families.

Membership cards indicate whether the member's families over the age of 17 years are Family Members of the Club.

Ballot papers will not be issued to Members who are unable to show current Membership Cards at the meeting.
